Nigeria Places Troops on Red Alert over Jos Crisis

Over 200 people, mostly women and children, were murdered in the early hours of yesterday following attacks on Dogo-Na-Hawa, Ratsat and Jeji villages in Foron district, Jos South Local Government Area, Plateau State.

Grenade Attacks Leave 16 Injured in Rwanda

At least 16 people were yesterday evening wounded in two simultaneous grenade attacks in the city.

One of the attacks took place in Kimironko close to the taxi park, while the other occurred at Kinamba on the way to Gisozi Genocide Memorial Centre.
