Heavy Clashes Restarts, Kills 3, Injuries 4 in Mogadishu
Published on Thursday 25th March 2010At least 3 people have been killed and 4 others wounded in Mogadishu after heavy clashes between the transitional government troops backing by AMISOM and Islamist fighters restarted in parts of Hodan district in Mogadishu, witnesses and officials told Shabelle radio on Tuesday.
The fighting which follows another war that broke out in the area on Tuesday morning that killed 3, wounding 5 others caused casualties of deaths and injuries according to reliable sources and officials who said that both sides were exchanging heavy gunfire and shelling that could be heard all directions of the capital.
Ali Muse, head of the emergency responders told Shabelle radio that that they took several wounded civilians pointing out that the people taken by their ambulances were all rushed to hospital.
Most of clashes between the two rival sides in Mogadishu causes more casualties to the civilians who got tired hearing weapon and non stop fighting.
